Since leaving her long-time post as Morning Edition Host on CapRadio, Donna has been teaching and writing.

She teaches TransForMission, a course all about finding Purpose in life, at Sacramento State University, nonprofit organizations and congregations. The course is based on her book, also titled TransForMission.

Donna has also published a collection of brief, vibrant motivators, called Drive-Time Meditations.

And she writes for two national PBS outlets – NextAvenue.org and “America’s Heartland” – and has been published in Sacramento News & Review.

Donna was ordained in New York City in 2009 and is a regular speaker at a half dozen congregations in our area. In 2023, she received an Artistic License Award from California Lawyers for the Arts.
