Ian Carver

Ian is a 25+ year Law Enforcement professional, long time business owner, LE instructor and speaker. Despite spending the majority of his career in the Special Operations Division of a very large California sheriff' department, Ian has been married for 23 years and is father to two teen boys, as well as a lifelong athlete, strength and conditioning coach, and published author. Nearing retirement, Ian is passionate about sharing his knowledge to not only benefit the service and concern peace officers can bring to their communities and their own safety, but also to improve the personal lives of public safety professionals as they navigate through their careers and relationships in the hopes of making it to the final day of work mentally, physically, and spiritually intact.
